HR Staff
The successful candidate will report directly to the Administration Manager and will perform a variety of HR and admin functions including:
- Recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, labor relations and training
- Performs end to end recruitment and termination
- Implements and monitors compliance of company policies
- Prepare timely and accurate weekly and fortnightly payroll
- Ensures compliance with payroll regulation and other legislation
- Handle payroll enquiries
- Provide support for company events
- Generates monthly and adhoc reports for Management
- Perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Sound level of computer literacy
- Strong time management skills - ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills

Project Engineers/HVAC Estimators
The successful candidates will report directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager and will perform a variety of engineering functions for commercial and industrial facilities including
- Design, estimate, installation, testing and maintenance of air-conditioning, ventilation and mechanical systems including fire protection in accordance with industry standards
- Review and implementation of the design and specification, project submittals and contract documentation
- Solicit prices of specified equipment and materials from accredited vendors and suppliers
- Attend pre-bid meetings, initiate request for information and implement bid bulletins in the project estimate
- Formulate project schedule, Gantt chart, S-curve, manpower loading using MS Project and MS Excel
- Create drawings, documents, spreadsheets and presentations using AutoCAD and MS Office
- Manage customer-contractor relationships
- Take charge of project planning, scheduling, documenting, estimating and negotiating request for contract change orders, approving project expenditures, writing scopes for sub-contractor bid request, soliciting sub-contractor quotes, issue and manage sub-contracts
- Maintain high quality standards
- Communicate and negotiate regularly with owner, consultants, project managers ensuring projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints
- Take responsibility for the sound financial management of projects, daily accomplishments and progress billings
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Registered Mechanical Engineer or BSME Graduate
- With 2-5 years working experience in mechanical estimating, attending project pre-bid meetings, preparation and presentation of process and HVAC piping estimates as well as chiller system, cooling tower systems, package boiler, air compressor and manufacturing process mechanical equipment installation
- With current non-professional or professional driver license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in multiple software programs that includes word processing, spread sheets, Microsoft project scheduling and various estimate software
- Competently operate microprocessor based devices
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make competent decisions
- Ability to present technical information in one-on-one or group discussions in a confident and concise manner
- Ability to deliver results and manage competing priorities
Air-Conditioning Technicians
The successful candidates will report to the Service Manager and will perform a variety of functions for residential, commercial and industrial facilities and will be responsible for
- Installation, diagnostics, maintenance, testing, repairs and replacements of residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and parts
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager in responding to service calls in a timely manner
- Travel to various job sites and perform scheduled service and maintenance work effectively
- Document all air-conditioning equipment upon arrival -- make, model, serial number, type and complete job service report
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and computer control of air-conditioning units
- Use refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment proficiently
- Read and understand schematic diagrams of air-conditioning, electrical circuits
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma/graduate of TESDA NC II/TESDA certified air-conditioning and refrigeration course
- With at least 2 years working experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioning equipment and controls
- With current non-professional or professional driver license
- Proficient knowledge and use of refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment
- Working knowledge of all trade classifications including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, telecommunications and building management systems
- Excellent customer service and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to keep paperwork up to date including service reports, correspondence and billings
- Ability to present technical information in one-on-one or group discussions
- Ability to adapt to fast pace work environment
